The Autonomous Mini Racecar (Robotics) ProgramThe Autonomous Mini-RACECAR (Robotics) program is designed as an introductory course in robotics for students with some programming experience. In this course, students will be working with a virtual RACECAR in a custom-built simulation (designed by MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute).Learn with Leaders will also be launching Level 2 of the autonomous mini-RACACAR program where students will get to build physical race cars. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are some of the most rapidly growing industries today, and their future is abundant with possibilities. Through this 8-week program, students begin their journey as change-makers by sparking innovative ideas to use AI for good, right at the high-school level. They would build their own Cognitive Assistant by learning a breakthrough curriculum by the MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute, and play a key role in shaping the future of technology across industries. They would learn and apply the foundational technologies of artificial intelligence for building cognitive assistants using state-of-the-art machine learning tools developed by the MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute. These modules progress in scope and complexity, beginning with basic functions such as detecting audio/acoustic signals, building up to important concepts in AI like image/video recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
